Ms. Westlake graduated magna cum laude from American University in Washington, D.C. in 1984 and was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law - Newark in 1991. In 1997, she completed the Joseph Halpern American Inn of Court program and is now Treasurer of the Inn.
She is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar as well as the Federal District Court of New Jersey, Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. She is an officer of the New Brunswick Bar Association and a member of the Middlesex County and State bar associations. Ms. Westlake is also a member as well as an officer of the Board of Trustees for CASA of Mercer County Inc., a non-profit organization benefiting foster children; and she is President of the Board of Trustees of the Terra Firma Dance Theatre.
Ms. Westlake's areas of concentration include business support, commercial transactions, residential and commercial real estate, zoning and planning, municipal court, guardianships, adoptions and estate planning and administration.
