Attorney Profiles

Ms. Foley is a graduate of Trenton State College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1989. While attending law school, Ms. Foley was a member of the Law Review of the University of Dayton School of Law.

Ms. Foley served a one-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Herman L. Breitkopf, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, Middlesex County, New Jersey. She was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court of New Jersey in 1989.

Ms. Foley sits on the Early Settlement Program as a Panelist in Middlesex County Family Court as well as the Child Placement Review Board. She is a member of the New Brunswick, Middlesex County and New Jersey State Bar associations.

Ms. Foley's main area of concentration is Family Law including divorce, separation, child custody, DYFS cases, juvenile matters, domestic violence and other family related matters. Mr. Foley also handles personal injury matters, contracts, real estate matters, municipal court practice and general litigation matters.
