Mr. Vignuolo was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rider College in 1967 and a Juris Doctor Degree from Seton Hall University Law School in 1970. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the U.S. District Court Bar in 1970. In 1978 he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Vignuolo has served as attorney for the New Brunswick Board of Adjustment, Spotswood municipal court judge, New Brunswick municipal prosecutor, New Brunswick municipal court judge, attorney for the Milltown Planning Board and secretary to the Middlesex County Ethics Committee. He has also served on the Supreme Court, Committee on Urban Courts; and the Equity and Jurisprudence Committee of the State Bar Association. Mr. Vignuolo has also served as special counsel to the Piscataway Township Council, Edison Zoning Board, and the Mayor of Bridgewater Township. He is presently attorney for the North Brunswick Board of Education, Middlesex County Vocational and Technical Schools, and Middlesex County Educational Services Commission, and is also a member of the New Brunswick, Middlesex County and New Jersey State bar associations. Mr. Vignuolo has also represented many professionals in the formation and dissolution of their professional corporations. His practice currently concentrates on complex civil litigation involving corporations, commercial matters, real estate, divorce, school and environmental law in both Law and Chancery courts. He has also been repeatedly named as a discovery master, assisting the courts in complex litigation. Mr. Vignuolo resides in Milltown with his wife, Cynthia.
